CHARLIE LOUVIN The term "living legend" gets thrown around quite a bit, but it actually applies to Country Music Hall of Famer Charlie Louvin.Charlie's solo career began in 1964 with the top five hit "I Don't Love You Anymore," and he followed it with six Billboard-charting singles from 12 Capitol LPs. By the late 60's, a renewed interest in the music of the Louvin Brothers began to take shape. "Livin', Lovin' Losin': Songs of the Louvin Brothers" was released in 2003 on Universal South, a Louvin Brothers tribute album featuring James Taylor, Merle Haggard, Dolly Parton, and Johnny Cash among others. The collection went on to win two Grammy Awards in 2004.

JACK GREEN Jack has had nine #1 hits, two #1 albums (one stayed at the top of the charts for a year) - a true Opry legend!! The pinnacle of his success came during the 1967 CMA awards, where he swept every major prize including Single of the Year, Album of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year, and Song of the Year for "There Goes My Everything."

Georgia Class has appeared on the Grand Ole Opry several times with Charlie Louvin.
  
ERNIE ASHWORTH His biggest hit (#1 in 1963), and the one that brought him to the Opry in 1964, was " Talk Back Trembling Lips." In 1962 Ernie changed to Hickory Records, a label owned by Acuff-Rose, and immediately scored a hit with "Everybody But Me" which went Top 5. Next came a Top 10 Hit with "I Take The Chance". In 1963 and 1964 Ernie was voted the "Most Promising Male Artist" by Cashbox, Billboard and Record World. For ten years from 1960 to 1970 every record Ernie released made the national charts. In 1991 He received the "Living Legend Award" from the Major Independent Record Label Awards Show. That year Curb Records released an album of original recordings of some of his Top 10 Hits from the 1960's. In 1992 He was inducted into the Alabama Music Hall Of Fame.
